And she’s not even the reason why! Michael is! Michael Jackson was honored at the 2009 edition of MTV’s Video Music Awards. And what a beautiful celebration that made! Artists uniting in the name of the King, bringing his talent in the spotlight one more time, for one more tribute.

Regardless of the overall prediction that high heels c’est du passé, Christian Siriano’s acclaimed collection recently presented during (the still ongoing) New York Fashion Week kept the towering heights for (at least) another season.
Ferociously feminine and predominantly nude, pastel-ish (and generally summer-safe) collection, the Christian Siriano Spring Summer 2010 is the very Prada menace alive. Leighton Meester’s Sequined Dress For MTV VMAs 2009

I’m sooo getting my gossip fix with this! Leighton Meester’s sequined mini dress for the 2009 edition of MTV’s Video Music Awards had me all neutral. Then I lowered my eyes and saw the..ummm..shoes?
I’m not afraid to admit I like some freaky outfit combos from time to time, but Leighton is a Fashion Disaster Regular! Taking chances with a dress and pairing it with bold shoes is a fashion statement. What Leighton Meester showed us on MTV’s VMAs Red Carpet was a fashion misstep. Kanye West And Amber Rose Do MTV’s VMAs 2009

Was there any mention about a designated themed for this 2009 edition of MTV’s VMAs? If anything, this Video Music Awards 2009 edition was all about Kanye West.
If he can’t steal the spotlight with his artistic performances, he surely will do it otherwise. Starting with the Red Carpet appearance he cleverly put on with Amber snake-skin Rose (umm.. I’m speechless for this one, but I’m sure you’ll find the right words to describe her), he absolutely had to pull that regrettable Taylor Swift moment! Oh, Kanye, you’re such an enfant terrible! Julianne Moore and Colin Firth were directed by Tom Ford, fashion man extraordinaire. He premiered his latest off-fashion adventure: a full-length movie (supposedly not about fashion, but you’ll see just what “supposedly” means in the 2,00 min theatrical trailer) called A Single Man. Let’s climb up, up the age ladder and go with Shannan Andersen for a Freshface round. Originally from Beaumont California, Shannan was born on December 21st 1992. which makes her far more suitable for fashwork than the last Freshface we featured.
She’s a dark blonde beauty running with Nous Model Management. 175/82/61/88 5’9”/32”/24”/34.5”. Looking all neutral and sunny, I see no problem if she would have to adopt that angry catwalk stare. Do you? (via)
