Movies and fashion – two of my the topics you’ll see a lot of proverbial ink flowing on Stylefrizz! Blending them together is something I try to do as often as possible!
Jennifer Connelly has been a pretext for me to do that once before, if you remember we discussed her tuxedo a while back? Now I can’t do otherwise but talk about Jennifer Connelly’s outfit once more as she’s yet showing us how to wear the season’s hottest trend: The Seventies with a full Louis Vuitton head-to-toes ensemble!
Attending the Sundance Film Festival with one of her latest movies (Aloft), again a strong drama like Jennifer likes her movies. No wonder, though, as she’s an outstanding interpreter with tremendous acting force in such a willowy frame! During one of the portrait sessions, she showed up dressed in Louis Vuitton by Nicolas Ghesquiere as she’s a longtime fan of the designer – she was even advertising for one of the Balenciaga maison’s campaigns when Ghesquiere was at the helm.

The Return of the Seventies is something to take into consideration when you’re putting together your wardrobe for Spring Summer 2015! From the music we listen to the clothes we wear, the old-school rhythm reigns our life. However, knowing how to wear the old in a new way is where true art lies! Jennifer Connelly, with or without external styling, seems to be making all the right outfit choices.

With jeans and shoes from the Louis Vuitton Spring Summer 2015 collection and a sweater from the Fall Winter 2014 2015 collection, Jennifer Connelly makes a casual, yet very striking fashion statement at the Sundance Film Festival. There’s enough comfy to play lo-key and enough fashion to hit all the right style notes!
If you want to replicate Jennifer Connelly’s Seventies Outfit, you’ll need a pair of high-rise flared jeans and a front-zippered cardigan with some print on and a pair of rounded toe booties. There’s no need to dress exactly the same but to draw inspiration from Jennifer’s 70s air. (images getty, style.com)
