We watch tons of animated movies in the Frizz household. And that’s not just because we, the Frizz Adults, are crazy in love with animations but also because we happen to have four kids. Who, as respectable Frizz kids, looooove animations!
Long story short (wink): there’s this amazing character in Pixar’s Cars movies: Mater. Mater is aaaah-dorable! He’s a rusty toe truck with a heart of gold who loves his friends and his memories! As such, he was very offended when someone offered to “fix” him: straighten up his scratched, heavily bent, rusty doors (or something). Why? Well, because every scratch is there to remind him of the good times he had with his friends. And he loves each and every friend, and each and every scratch and rust spot!
I’m guessing the people from Madame Figaro never took time from their fashion busy schedule to watch Cars. Otherwise they would’ve never performed such heavy retouching and skin smoothing on lovely Kate Moss who was photographed for their January 27th issue! My God! Her skin is smoother than my 4-year-old daughter’s! Please stop insulting our intelligence with these scandalously modified images!

Kate is one of my fav celebrities – but the prune pout is so off putting. The photo of her smiling is fantastic – it shows how truly beautiful she is.
I love Kate smiling! I’m also glad she’s still around though.
Lol! I’m so happy with keiKo’s comments on the pout in general. Since quite some time I call that the “inflatable doll look” but don’t use it anymore. Maybe Kpriss does remember it?
(I wish though I could photoshop my enormous blister on my upper lip!)
@ Riana – even my husband has an unprintable comment about the pout! So I know it is bad if he notices something from my magazines – LOL!
Glad to hear I’m not alone with these thoughts….:D
