As I was given to understand, Katie’s table cover scarf is a go. It’s likable. Katie might have got word to keep it because here she goes again, wearing her new it scarf of the season – blue tartan-ish, table cover-ish, risqué-ish.
But wearing those pants has to be written in some no-go style code. No matter the circumstances.
