Back to blonde, back on magazine covers! Oh, it must be a coincidence! Scarlett Johansson is the new covergirl for Harper’s Bazaar January 2010, the UK edition.
Intensively retro-glam, the British Harper’s Bazaar pictorial with pouty Scarlett is a success. If you like Scarlett. And the things she says. Sometimes, some respectable celebs should do what they do best. Acting, singing, doing what they know people love watching/listening them doing. The idea was to concentrate on (RED) products, hence the Bono – talk taglined on the cover. However, the pictorial strikes a wrong chord in me. The credits say: “The January Issue features Scarlett dressed in (Product) RED clothes and accessories […]. Also in leopard print and studded leather by Dolce & Gabbana, Yves Saint Laurent, and Oscar de la Renta.” Ummm… so if you wear (RED) it’s alright to wear D & G and YSL and so on? Or the other way around? (photos via)
