As the VS show approaches, more and more models sans clothes showcase glamorous lingerie. I keep having the impression they’re shrinking year after year. And no, I’m not talking about the lingerie! the models: don’t they look thinner each year? That doesn’t even bother me, I’m just saying, they should at least have something to fill those heavenly bras with! Sergio Rossi teamed up with Chinese artist Peng Wei for a revamping of the brand’s traditional Chelsea Boots in Chinese style with hand – painted rice paper .

The eight booties styles are on display until October 21st at Sergio Rossi’s Paris flagstore. Now that’s art! {vogue}

I think it’s safe to say I have a new favorite: Emma Stone! (I’m sure this comes as a surprise to you – wink) But really, look at her! How can one not like her?

Yesterday, at the 19th edition of the annual Elle Women in Hollywood Celebration gala, Emma showed up all dressed in pink (cancer awareness month, duh!) Valentino dress (from the Resort 2013 collection) and wearing her most adorable sweet smile! I never thought one could wear such pink and look so good at the same time! What? no, the title’s alright! It’s the Elle magazine! Because they have Elle in France, it’s just that the Elle in France is not quite like every other Elle out there. No. Like Vogue Paris, Elle is called E (LE) Paris. Because French people invented the Hipster Attitude way before it was even born! (btw, do you know how Hipster was translated by Google Translate in French? Hippie! I’m laughing my eyes out right now!)

Back to E(LE) Paris. Lovely Natalie Portman, dressed in red with a lovely retro hairdo on an all white apartment background (French people love their apartment houses pure – ly white) is tres chic and tres joli. N’est-ce pas?

I’m not usually this type of person. Criticizing someone’s physical appearance is simply beyond me. Only Lady Gaga’s stage pictures from the Amsterdam performance were too much to keep mum about.

I haven’t been to the beautiful Netherlands myself, so I wouldn’t know it makes you feel. But Lady Gaga really wanted to live like the Amsterdam people do, enjoy their freedom and taste their plants. As we all know, Marijuana is free for consumption in Amsterdam so seeing her Gaganess smoking pot onstage, during her live performance, wasn’t at all surprising.

Oh, this is so bad! Kate Hudson on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar October 2012 as photographed by Camilla Akrans looks awful. Not her. Not right. Just wrong.

I wonder how this works. One witty fashion editor wakes up in the morning with the most amazing idea: let’s take someone famous, good looking, funny and so forth and make this pictorial where she / he don’t look like herself / himself anymore! But like an overused Marilyn – esque cliché.

And you know what? to make it more “aujourd’hui”, we’ll use these Instagram – like filters! Why not? people like Instagram!
