Adidas Originals decided to add a Summer shoe to their Superstar collection: the Beachstar sneakers from Adidas Summer 2012 collection is now available for purchase (at $78). A rounded neoprene constructed sock and the perforated EVA upper seem to deliver some kind of summer hit at a click away. Are you convinced yet?

In a very fash – athletic pictorial, Vogue tries to convince us that wearing sneakers is a stylish gesture, if done right. And if I was really into the Isabel Marant wedge sneakers until now, I realized that there are so many options and there’s no need to close the possibilities drawer and make an unnatural fixation on Isabel Marant.

That is, of course, if someone can really convince me to leave my Converse behind (wink)!

How To Wear Sneakers And Be Stylish And Fashionable

After Jimmy Choo Hunter boots, the J. Mendel Hunter rubber boots in both short and long versions will retail around $585 and $795 respectively through stores like Nordstrom and hunter – boot dot com. Wearing Hunter rubber boots has been glamorized by the likes of Kate Moss (who puts them on to party at the summer festivals) or Angelina Jolie (who wore red Hunters in Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Paired with just a white men shirt). If you can afford such rubber boots, you surely have no business in the mud, so what would you buy them for?

Today’s Fashion Sneaker medal belongs to the new Vans by Kenzo. Starting May, throughout June and July 2012, a new colorful fashion makeover of the classic Vans sneakers is available in Kenzo and Opening Ceremony stores, as reported by Out. As you may have previously heard, the genius duo behind OC, Humberto Leon and Carol Lim were appointed at Kenzo with main goal to rejuvenate the iconic fashion house. And this, in my opinion, is a pretty invigorating move! (click through for more)

The classic Vans with a joyful Kenzo appearance! That’s something widely appealing both to the new and the old fashion school. I still have sweet memories about Kenzo’s perfumes while I was growing up. I remember collection all these perfumed pages from fashion magazines, ad campaigns: Kate Moss’ CK One poster was my room’s main fashion attraction and also one of my favorite perfumes in my teenage years. So was Kenzo’s Jungle. Enough about me, let’s get back to the sneakers. Until the next fashion pas from Converse, these are definitely my must have casual fashion sneakers! What say you?
