Not so long ago, when she was awarded The Sexiest Woman Alive, Scarlett Johansson admitted having troubles with her blonde hair.
My dad is Danish and he’s a natural blonde. I’ve even taken a clipping from his hair to the salon so I can have it tinted the same color!
I must say this is one of the strangest ways to pick a hair color but hey, it’s Scarlett, right? Maybe even Woody Allen overheard that and found it was reason enough to cast her in his films.

Passing from her dirty blonde to her dad’s Danish blonde seemed rewarding since she’s posing in “Dream in Blonde” for the new L’Oreal 2008 add campaign. Long wavy blonde locks, red lips, pearl ring, tulle dress, that “lost in translation” signature expression, perfectly retro for a new commercial year and just as Scarlett as always for others.
Update: Here are two more pictures from the L’Oreal 2008 Advertising Campaign with Scarlett Johansson.

Vegans are special. So special that they’ve got to have their own line of shoes: Te Casan (www.tecasan.com). After reviewing some of the models for fall 2007, I decided that vegans are targeting 40years old customers.
Without forgetting some of the models that fitted the young and trendy, you have to know that Te Casan takes luxury to another level. They manufacture shoes in a very limited edition, each pair has a number imprinted down on it.

“As a global brand, diversity and embracing difference is part of the fabric. The name té casan (tae-ca-sahn), “A Woman’s Path”, is Gaelic and originates from the inspiration of a global name that represents no specific nation or language and refers to all women. The search for the name was conducted in 3 different continents. It defines a universal identity with all women but belonging to no one particular country, place or person. The name embraces the legacy and strength of all women. Of women, for women.”
I wrote this post to announce you that beginning January 15th, you can preorder the new collection Te Casan, a very special collection, designed in collaboration with Natalie Portman. The shoes will be available from February and 5% of the profits will go to charity.

Despite of all those Peta commercials, regardless to all those actresses who militated against fur, Kate Moss and Kate Bosworth love their Fendi Fur coats.
Personally, I hoped it won’t become a fashion it when super trendsetter Kate Moss first made her appearance with this bicolored Fendi fur coat. Instead of that, another supposed-fashionista stole Kate’s style: Kate Bosworth. Only she accessorized it with a large belt.

I’m not saying fur coats aren’t beautiful (for some people) and luxuriously controversial (that surely are, since they involve slaughter) but this grizzly-looking black and white coats really do make a difference.
Between good taste and bad taste. Bad taste won. By far.
After choosing those heavy bangs and changing her mythical haircut to follow a trend cut, Kate Moss is really keeping my curiosity alive about how low she’s going from now on.

Every now and then we come across some very shocking news (and photos) starring our favorites celebrities. For this New Year’s resolutions, may we modestly wish all those celebrities stylists out there to find inspiration under the Christmas Tree tonight.
I hesitated in making a top 5, but I did chose 5 of the most style ignoring stars appearances.
Here are the most outstanding celebrity shoes misses:

Beyonce with what she may have believed a chic pair of Balenciaga Sandals.
Heather Graham worked the Red Carpet in Versace stripper shoes.
Jennifer Connelly with Balenciaga black and white geometry at her feet.
Mischa Barton has stars guiding her steps trough Manhattan.
Beyonce (again) is Dsquared in October New York.

It’s the most sparkling season of all! when giving and most of all receiving are overwhelmingly trendy.
Tiffany’s helped us add some more sparks to our joyfully blessed Holidays. We couldn’t help noticing this signature ring with diamonds in 18k gold which we placed at number one in our little jewelry top (a well deserved one, considering its $1.400 price).

The $1.100 Airplane gold charm pendant came in second. It has rotating propellers and diamond windows.
The pendants we couldn’t really tell how to order so we’re just giving it plain and simple: on the third, fourth and fifth place we have three pendants. The $150 sterling silver Frank Gehry Orchid drop pendant, the $5.500 double drop pendant of round sapphires and round brilliant diamonds in platinum, the $395 Elsa Peretti Open Heart Pendant featuring Elsa Peretti’s most celebrated icon in carved black jade, rhodonite and blue lace agate.

Just can’t get enough of…Louis Vuitton. That must be everyday’s song for Hilary Duff.
After being spotted with the Louis Vuitton Nimbus Grand Modèle, now there she is, just few days later with (yes, another!) Louis Vuitton Limelight Clutch.
It’s a beautiful clutch from the Louis Vuitton Winter 07 Collection. It costs $1.270 and it comes in a delicate mixture of silk and wool with the LV monogram allover. The Louis Vuitton Limelight Clutch folds over, it has side magnets for changing the opening for easier access.
