Karl Lagerfeld Thinks Mothers Are Fat, Eating Chips, Watching TV

It is of no little knowing that Karl Lagerfeld nor he likes children or wishes any. It is also of very notorious acknowledgement that Karl made an unhealthy obsession with Lara Stone, the above-the-average-skinny-model!

What was relevantly hard to guess was Karl’s adversity for motherhood! Since he’s locked up in that ivory fashion tower of his, I’m sure he hasn’t the time to observe and learn a mother’s daily routine, hence allowing his mental distorted picture of

“fat mothers with their bags of chips sitting in front of the television and saying that thin models are ugly, […] No one wants to see curvy women”

You know what they say, Karl, put yourself in the other one’s shoes! I’m lucky if I get to sit at the end of the day, mostly I just collapse and instantly fall asleep. Food, in a mother’s stomach usually translates with eating your children leftovers! That is if there’s any! Fashion really twisted your mind, Karl! Rachel Zoe’s Shoes

This picture has to be featured in a medical dictionary, somewhere! Right under Shoobsession! Rachel Zoe’s shoes collection.

If ever you feel like counting sheep to fall asleep, just put Rachel Zoe’s shoes collection picture on your ceiling and start counting those pairs like a true fashionista should when she’s suffering from insomnia! (and when you’re done, please share with us the magic number! – which will be obsolete, I’m sure, since Rachel must be buying a new pair at least once a week!) (photo via)

Casual Shoes Obsession: ReSeed Danner MT Ridge Low

This suede wonderful shoe I came across while strolling around the internet is my latest obsession. It wasn’t specified if it’s for men or women so I guess (from the looks of it) it’s unisex.

Or not. But it’s really not important, it just looks lovely! I know that my last Shoe Obsession episode was about high heels (and $600)! Now it’s about a $350 (appx) urban shoe. One black with red laces and the other purple. Both with white Vibram sole. I just couldn’t resist showing them to you. What do you think? (via)

Philosophy Spectator Pump

For no particular reason, today I wanted to look for a shoe to share. Or maybe after few days of magazine covers, I was looking for something else. So, here’s a new episode from the Shoes Obsession series, a two toned spectator pump.(if you want more of these little finds, and more episodes of Shoes Obsession, let me know!)

This grey and burgundy pump is mighty high – the platform measures 1” and the heel measures 4”. The robust heel cuts a bit of sexyness but I don’t mind, it looks funny. Especially that lace bow gives a fun twist to this $600 PHI pump. Do you think it’s versatile enough to pay this price?

Katie Holmes New Obsession – Roger Vivier Mikado Flat Bag

I was reading something very interesting the other day – an overwhelming percentage of people look up to celebrity style. Meaning if the Hollywood walk of fame wears a polka dot dress with tartan above the knee boots (it’s just an example, but it goes that far!) the unusual combination will instantly become a smashing hit and everyone’s wardrobe (and his dog’s) will be upgraded to the new celebrity-polka-dot-tartan.1.1.

It’s like the celebrity outfit software being installed in the world’s wardrobe. Well, let’s fuel them dressings!

Katie Holmes with Roger Vivier Mikado Flat bag black python

Katie Holmes changed her up until now hauntingly ugly bag obsession with a slick, beautiful one. Black still, but beautiful! Roger Vivier Mikado Flat Bag is Katie’s new arm darling. You can buy the same one for $2,275 or a smaller version for $1,325. This Mikado Flat Bag in black python is from the designer’s fall-winter 2008 2009 collection. I haven’t seen her (from the latest candids) matching it with her Roger Vivier shoes, but she surely made an obsession out of Roger Vivier. Would you consider a Roger Vivier Mikado upgrade to your wardrobe? (via, photos justjared, celebutopia)

Keep It Clean With Dog Poo Bags

I don’t know if you own a dog (or a cat) to be familiar with this kind of happening, but if you take a walk it’s completely impossible to avoid the high level meeting with His Highness, The Dog Poo.

Dog poo reigning everywhere. On the sidewalk, in the street, in the park. So if you’re that proud owner of a dog, I sure hope you clean after your pooch. If not, you’d better start doing it! We, the walking population of the world (and our kids) we’re not supposed to step our Louboutins into dog poo. Do you clean after your dog?

Solemates Keep You Out Of Trouble

How many times you found your glamorous high heels stuck in some grate somewhere and took at least five minutes (feeling like an eternity) to get away from the evil spot? I remember a moment like that!

My gorgeous white high heels bridal sandals stuck in a grate just when pictures were taken to immortalize the special occasion. Of course I wasn’t looking where I put my feet (it was really hard with an overwhelming crinoline dress), the bride is supposed to be floating with happiness and consequently so was I! The cruel reality was that the happy bride from cloud number nine was stuck in that grid and couldn’t even get away by myself. Oh well… it’s all gone now, I have just the pictures to remember the long stuck minutes. I imagine that having these sole mates on your heels can keep you out of unwanted grates, headache free. Would you wear something like this?

$2 Million Stuart Weitzman Sandals

Just when I thought $1,400 shoes were clearly an abomination to my budget, here I found a little something to ease my mind:

Stuart Weitzman $2 million sandals! They don’t look all that million to me, but the blue stones are 185 carats of tanzanite bonus 28 carats of diamonds mounted on the sandal’s straps. It’s not a one way $2 million spent! Imagine if the sandals are completely worn out, you can always cut the straps and wear the tanzanite and diamond cocktail as a necklace! What do you say? Ready to buy?
