Alison Brie’s Cleavage Disaster

We’ve talked about this a while ago and you weren’t all sure it was right to call this kind of cleavage a fashion disaster. You even thought it was bad fashion behavior to point out the style faux pas in wearing a too – tight to breathe – in dress on the red carpet (or anywhere else for that matter).

However, I’m forced to get back on the matter, seeing Alison Brie adhering to the same too – tight – to – breathe – in trend at a recent NBC event (Alison is part of the Community cast). How is she anywhere near fashionable, presentable with that cleavage? I’m sure there are so many dresses out there that would make her look less corseted, and I’m equally convinced this look doesn’t have anything to do with her breast size. Which is, yes, generous. But that doesn’t imply she has to stick her assets in anyone’s face, does it? (photos via)

Yes I would be embarrassed if I were her!

Second that. One can’t blame certain men staring right?

Ooohhhh, now I remember who she is….after using google to be honest….argh, why don’t they continue Mad Men here…:(

Alison Bree is great on Madmen but she is STELLAR on Community!!
That dress does look a tad uncomfortable though.

If it’s too small…get one made in your size-I’m sure the designer would have been happy to have their work represented in a better way than THIS!

I love this dress! Alison Brie’s b*s

I completely disagree. I think she looks gorgeous and classy. She has large b**bs for her body type, and as a girl who wears a G cup when I am a size ten (and 5’7″), I know how hard it is to find clothes that both accommodate your body and your breasts. So her dress is tight, so what? I guarantee if this was Even Rachel Wood or Keira Knightly wearing an uber tight dress there would be no comment on the fit. This looks like it fits her body fine. Just because she has a figure doesn’t mean she shouldn’t be allowed to show off her body. So what she has a lot of cleavage? It’s better than showing off ribs! I say if you got it, flaunt it!

I think its bs that anyone thinks that she looks crappy cause her “assets are in peoples face”

She obviously wanted a slimming waist dress.

Its like everyones saying “its not fair if you try to look hotter than me since you are more attractive initially.”

I swear, girls not so well endowed will b!tch because of jealousy, but she would probably be jealous of the slim waists a lot of women have. I only assume this because it seemed like she was going for a smaller waist

She looks great. Isn’t fashion about emphasizing what you want to emphasize? So wearing clothes to make your waist look slim is good, but to show bust is a sin to fashion?
Author of this article either jealous of Alison Brie’s assets, slow fashion news day, or just talking out of their a*s.

a’it then! So that makes Pamela Anderson (sticking with the classics) a regular style icon, if not a fashion pioneer?

It’s not jealousy, Daevin! It’s just care for those “assets” of hers! they look claustrophobic in that dress!

(I love watching Alison in Community and, compared to her role in the TV series, this promotional appearance showed me someone I haven’t seen before in Alison’s skin. Someone clearly open minded and comfortable about her body and her looks in general. Too bad the stylist had to pick such a small dress.)

It’s not about your cup, people! Get over that obsession! Whenever I pick on someone spilling out of their dress, it’s because of the good ol’ common sense!
