The New It Tattoos. Forget The Old Tribals, Get The New Hip Ink!

Beyond fashion and symbols, tattoos can definitely get old! Doesn’t even matter if you get bored of the ones you already have, a quick look at the ones I’m about to show you and you’ll know your tattoos are museum-worthy!

Playful characters, artistic tableaux on your very skin, the new tattoos don’t need an expert hand to draw the model, you can have your children, your relative’s children, your friends children (even your foes’ children – for such a drawing, there’s no need to love one another, au contraire!) to draw something on paper, on your skin, anywhere as long as you can run with it to the nearest tattoo parlor and ink it, baby! Forget your old tattoos, get the new playful ink done! It’s artsy! (the story continues with more images right after the jump, click here for the gallery!)

This is Yannou! Yannou will take your skin and use it like it’s his personal playground, regardless of you thinking it’s good or bad. Either way, the result is so.. striking, you can’t really put your finger on great or total ink disaster! If there’s one thing I’m sure of, is that as opposed to your classic ladybug tattoo (which is pretty clear to decipher for everyone), having a bunch of ink sticks and a red 1 inbetween will raise considerably more eyebrows and questions!

If you could, would, getting your body inked by Yannou feels right to you? The new tattoo fashion feels more fresh and more artsy than the old, classic inks? (via)

Not on me. I believe I’m the only one who doesn’t sport a tattoo and I love to keep it this way.
If they were temporarily I would do it and let him go ahead….Yannou, such a familiar name…..let’s google! :)

I do not have a tattoo either Adriana and I would never deem to get one. They are rather whimsical looking but the ones on the legs are not my favourite place to see any type of markings unless they natural a la birthmarks or part of one’s cultural heritage.
As an aside I will say this though the drawings remind me of that episode on the “Simpsons” when Krusty lost the rights to Itchy and Scratchy instead he got a “European” cartoon called “Worker and Parasite”. Check it out on Youtube, every time I see that clip I laugh my head off! :)

wow. i have three tattoos but i would never get one like this. a lot of them are just random lines and colors. it doesnt show any originality or skill in the artist. i dont know, its my opinion and i could be wrong but its just not my style. i see tattoos as a piece of art that is original for the person and something that the artist can sport in his portfolio. show his/her skill with an ink gun.

I think these tattoos are ugly! they appear to be children drawings with no meaning but scibles. I think in my personal opinion that the people who had paid to get these tatted on there body such as legs, arms, back, neck, and stomach area have a very troubled life. You would have to pay me big bucks to get one of these so called artistic drawings on any part of my body.

i love these types of tattoos. the art is much more interesting and pleasing to the eye than the standard art.
