Unfortunately it will be a cold day in hell when that happens: men being portrayed as women are. You will see it right now – but only on the covers of gay magazines. While the general media continues to be aimed at a straight male audience we straight (just speaking for myself here) women have a long wait for any real change. Still, I’m sure there are many, many men who find it just as ridiculous and pathetic as we do.

normal person: this is how women and also girls are portrayed on a daily basis. That’s how it is. It seems to feed the appetite of lot of persons because it sells!
From now on I’m gonna ignore this stuff! I’ve running out off comments. Blehhhhhhhhh…..:P

I start to reply again when males are gonna be portrayed like women are. I’m sick of it. :-&

Yeah, I sound grumpy today, I’m aware of that. I also know how she looked in the Cruise era, I’ve seen that photo too ;) And her looks before the Cruise era like in “Dead Calm”. I’m a bit sick of all this fake beauty in general of late. But she looked more “natural” than here on these newspaper photos.
Kpriss, almost all famous people who have work done are in denial. Even a lot of their fans…:(
Demi Moore? She has done nothing at all! Angelina Jolie? Of course not…..and so on…..:P
Even Scarlett Johansson, that young, doesn’t have her own nose anymore!
I would love to see more “normal” people. Especially in movies.

I understand why you’re angry, but Nicole is a classic already. I’ve seen a picture of hers in the Cruise era and I couldn’t believe how far she’s gone and altered her appearance! And to say that she didn’t do anything to her face is insulting for everyone else. Not for men, apparently ;)

Actually, I’ve seen other photos of Nicole at a Unicef conference. In a newspaper. On those photos she was able to frown and normal lines showed on her cheeks. Very cute, a pleasant surprise.
I’m bit sick and tired of the Nicole bashing!! No one, no not one woman in a magazine from models to lala-land women does look real or older or “old”. Yuk, imagine people, eh women, that look real! We can’t have that in our society bah! Everybody has to be perfect and beautiful. Period. Ban everything imperfect! Ugh…….
Have we ever seen a “normal” looking woman on this blog or any blog? I don’t think so……
Yes, plastic fantastic wins! Young women: start to save money for the day you shall need it desperately. Old is out, old doesn’t count, old is useless!
