Oh, don’t get me wrong I love the commercial! I love the message, I love the model, the music, I really love everything about it. But it will be controversial in certain countries and religious circles.
I’m not judging, I’m realistic…..

Yeap, a wrong made right! I updated the article, including the player from the original website (liaison-dangereuse) and I hope it won’t disappear from there! If ever, that’ll be the case of serious issues raised by this ad.

I’m not for judging anything and anyone, let alone their religious convictions. Aesthetically speaking, though, I’d love to see every woman resplendently feminine, with every inch of her skin enjoying the natural sun light (using spf, of course ;) ), expressing her moods through her wardrobe choices and so on. This is good advertising, for the right reasons ;)

You can also see the ad here (..and I can pretty much guarantee it'll remain there - AB seldon remove films). Anyway, I'm Swedish, and I must say I was amazed by this ad: how fantastic! It truly shows omen are of equal value and women will find ways to remain women regardless of the rules on the street. Fantastic!

Oh, the video is yet removed…:( I’m glad I was able to see it.
Sorry girls, I’m very anti-burka for obvious reasons! A lot of girls and women look beautiful with their scarfs and are dressed very modern and also sexy. Once I blur it out to two of these gorgeous girls in a elevator in the hospital. I said something like: “Sorry girls, but you two look so damned gorgeous I cannot imagine that scarf will distract men from looking at you.” I wanted to disappear in air right away but these girls started to laugh so loud and so we had fun and talked along when we walked out off the hospital. I told them I didn’t like the burka and why. They agreed we got our separate ways waving friendly goodbye. I still smile thinking about this fun encounter.

But I can’t stand the conservative Muslim groups in my country! They are also dangerous. I bet this commercial would have caused trouble. While it is so cute and also tongue-in-cheek funny in my view.

A very clever and concise piece of advertising. Well done.
I remember one time in London, my friends and I were walking along Old Bond Street and this beautiful chauffeured Bentley pulls up and stops in front of the Chanel Boutique, and out comes several Muslim women in beautiful black silk burkas. There was a slight breeze and one of the ladies outfits underneath was revealed. It was very sexy, beautiful and expensive looking.

WOAH! I think the conservative Muslims in my country go mad if this commercial would be shown on tv! I can hear the noise from the discussion yet….ouch…..but, me? I love it. Very daring and I love the music. Yes, a dangerous liaison indeed…:)
