Liza in her hey days. I loved that film. Kpriss, I never knew this was original Liza's song! What a surprise. Oh, and I loved the film. Good ol' blue eyes voice is made for this song and is great too. Besides 9/11, I gave it a thought yesterday, there's also some joy. It is 400 year New York - Amsterdam. The Hudson celebrations. Our Crown Prince Willem-Alexander and wife Princess Máxima are there for the this celebration. I've the feeling the Dutch press pays far more attention to this than the US press I believe? Usually the fashion choices of are royal is noticed on fashion blogs. I've found nothing. I searched for it of course. But I understand that. I saw her and thought: "OMG Máxima, you look like your mother-in-law, you can do so much better!! It's New York, you lived and worked there and it's NY Fashion Week! Arrghhh....." :( Anyway, we Dutch can sing New York, New York too.....so why haven't I never been in that city that never sleeps?
