24 Hours Of World Air Traffic In 1 Minute

Thanking you for this amazing week and your beautiful comments, I wish you all a wonderful weekend with the third and final episode of this week’s Break: a minute of observation of a day’s World Air Traffic.

24 hours of worldwide flights in just one minute. Beautiful. Impressive. “recorded by the airplane flight transponders via Geo-stationary orbital satellites” during Summer in the north! (given that intense European traffic comes through London Heathrow Airport, I’m guessing that the moment of study was outside Paris Fashion Week). (via)

That was interesting to watch.
It was quite frenetic in a controlled way. It made me think of looking a migration paths. : )

Oh gosh, gosh…..yes I know it’s only one minute. Geez, see the US and Europe! Yes, like a migration path. Ha, a lot of that intense traffic is alas also so near by where I live…..Schiphol Airport…..it freaks me out but it’s so fascinating and interesting too….
