As a little girl I’m teased and my life has been miserable because of all the names I’ve been called being a freckled redhead. Really….but in my teens I decided that this was who I am and in southern countries I had all the attention and was all of sudden “beautiful” and “exotique”!!
And then came Nicole Kidman, when she was still her beautiful self, a freckled redhead and of course Julianne. That was a dream come true: we freckled redheads were also pretty and couldalso be movie stars!
Maybe we’re not pretty to everyone but at least to a lot of people. Huh, never ever in my whole life I want to be a tanned blonde!

I remember those covers also! Even though she has considerably enhanced the redness of her locks, Julianne looks more beautiful with every passing year! You’re right, of course the multicolored fall suits a redhead like a glove, I was just expecting something else for a July cover.

In fact I have a confession to make – I always secretly dreamed of having freckles! So you see, Adriana, not everyone thinks freckles are not high fashion!

(because of the way the sun affects our skin, I discover new freckles on my face, in the Summer. It’s fun to see them come and go when winter approaches)

Autumnal is something a redhead suits so well. My favorite Julianne cover is an old one. When movie magazine Premiere was still great. Julianne graced the cover only dressed in sheets and her freckles all over her body. Being a freckled redhead myself that cover made my day.

I really like Julianne Moore. She is lovely and one of my favourite actors. My favourite cover is I think a Harper’s Bazaar cover where the font is in green, and she looks stunning. And my favourite layout is when she is replicating famous works of art.
She looks great in this shoot, but I do agree that it all looks a tad too autumnal. I love the autumn but summer is just starting and I want to enjoy it! :)

Her freckles are visible not photoshopped. YAY! Beautiful Julianne proves that “older” women can model too.
