I proudly announce eBay’s second legal victory this month against the cosmetics giant L’Oréal! The first one was in France, this second one is in UK! The court has ordered a judicial mediation for this case also, but it’s good to know that eBay cannot be accounted guilty for encouraging counterfeiting! The future’s e-bright! Ah, good news, we’re worth it!
How on earth can Ebay be accountable for counterfeiters? They are the medium on which things are offered for sale, they don’t produce the items!
