The World’s tallest dog meets the world’s smallest dog! Big Gibson meets lil’ Boo Boo! The very special meeting took place in 2007, in sweet California, for Guiness World Records Day and it was caught on camera by Richard Bradbury from Wire. Isn’t this the most cartoonish moment?
