India Arie, a young soul artist just released a new album this month. That’s the great news, the bad news comes after looking at lovely India.
Her album release attire was a bit too much. And that’s not because of her clothes. The little black dress, simple, paired with fishnets and black booties came in second when compared to the long necklace made of golden ropes she had on.
The golden jewelry overexposure was in direct competition with the blue stripes she had on her chin. I really can’t make up my mind when it comes to the golden ropes. India Arie is like 10 years around with her fun music. This looks…errr….silly? She always was dressed so nice?
Although I am not a fan of the necklace India is wearing, I do think that she was going for a Nubian Queen/fashionista look with her makeup,jewelery and outfit.
