Kpriss, of course I’m gonna watch Ocean 13 too now! Just to see how these actors get loads off money only for having so much fun together! LOL! Vivre la decadence! Or is it “le”?

I keep enjoying La Caution’s Thé à la Menthe, the original. I love that Arab sound. As I’ve read on YouTube it was Vincent Cassel’s idea to bring the song in the movie since he’s befriended with the group.

I’ve viewed Ocean’s Twelve tonight. As I thought I was dissapointed. At the end it was getting better. So I was able to keep my eyes open and didn’t missed this scene which was the best scene imo!
Awww, I was moved to see Bernie Mac (R.I.P.) and surprised by some very small parts played by Dutch actors.

Oh, girls! I’m so glad you liked it!

I didn’t remember the Taxi music so I went for a quick reminder on sweet youtoube. Now I got it, indeed it sounds a bit like this one (or the other way around, to be more accurate). But too Oriental for my taste. I stick with my The a la menthe. Nothing like it!

So they filmes the Ocean chez toi, Adriana! What a fuss that must have been! I sometimes wonder how do these stars actually put up with all the fame followers and the madness they cause!

Oh dear girls I’ve to confess I’ve only seen Ocean’s Eleven. And I LOVED it! I was not in mood for Twelve and Thirteen. A mistake, as I’ve been often told. I guess so…..this was a great vid but above all great music. Ah, Ellington that’s it: the 5th Element!!! Thanks for the reminder. It has a this great arab feel which makes me want to dance and makes me feel melancholic too….

(Some trivia: Ocean’s Twelve has been partly shot in the city I live. But in the film its supposed to be Amsterdam. The crew and of course Brad and George caused quite a stir here. Crazy fans and angry residents who hadn’t access to their parking places and had to get a card to go to their houses….oh dear…I’ve seen no stars and didn’t try to catch a glimpse coming back from Amsterdam and arrived at our beautiful train station, which is often used in films and commercials. I rushed home away from all that fuss and read about in the news papers and saw it on tv!)

While writing this I’ve the music on and repeat and repeat it, so thanks Kpriss I do ENJOY this Friday Break. Now I want to play that bass-line! I guess I’ve to catch up with Ocean’s Twelve and Thirtheen?)

I liked the Ocean’s movies, they were a bit of fun.
This music reminds me also of some of the music used in the 5th Element (specifically the taxi police chase scene). Thanks for this Kpriss! ;)
