I am not of the ilk that has a gay friend just because he or she is gay. We are friends because we like each other, and have something to share.
Also being gay is not a free ticket to taste. I have met many a gay man who looked like he got dressed in the dark.
Tom Ford loves to hear himself wax poetic about things. He is a very handsome man I think but he is overly orchestrated and contrived, and way too affected for me. He probably dictated this with the preface:" Fabulous notes to self that EVERYONE should heed!"
If he was not gay I could totally see him being Victoria Beckham's life partner.
As for Marc Jacob as I have said before I adored him when he was slightly nerdy looking and wore glasses.

I'm sooooooo glad I don't have to share a bathroom with a man like Tom Ford! Or have breakfast with my "accessory" while he has ice-blocks on his eyes!
I'm aware how women adore him but I don't and never has. I can see his charm but its all too much...not natural, not primitive....not so many things....
I do agree with a some off his statements but in general....pfff.....
Tom dear, girls should not learn to walk in high-heels. The ones that can do it don't have to learn it. They just go. There are many women who never ever shall or can walk on these. I quit because I don't want anyone to frown. The costs of Botox are too high...for more than one reason....Oh wait:
Rule 11: A man should be a bit off a handy man around the house.
Rule 12: A man needs to know how to fix at least simple PC issues.
Rule 13: Let's talk about cars, a man should know a bit about the motor off his car to repair things and not be scared to be greasy. Mind you when the brakes of your car give up in the middle off nowhere. That can happen you see.
Rule 14.....never mind...
