Its kind of plain and boring I think.

Ymre Stiekema is Dutch. She was runner up at the Elite Model Contest and was recently the face of Prada’s Linea Rossa 2009 campaign. Dutch Model of the Year 2008. She’s only 16 years old. From the north of the Netherlands, the region Groningen (now that’s hard to pronounce for foreigners!).
I agree lots of European models looks very much alike. I know what Ymre looks in real life and I see so many girls her age with that look and lenght around. Its if the Dutch girls becomes taller and taller!!

I have to admit I have no idea who the models Adriana mentioned are.European models today all seem to look alike and have similar names.

It seems that Anna Jagodzinska is missing in this shoot. “It’s all about “new classicism with a rebel edge”?
That’s what I’ve read on another blog it’s not my own knowledge lol! I wouldn’t regonise Anna Jagodzinska at all and Ymre Stiekema either. She seems to be one of the “classicism rebels with a edge” too.

My favorite fashion editor in my country reported that last weekend in New York the Prada shop was silent. Empty. She was alone there for the first time ever but the shop assistents said all was doing fine after the editor asked if it was business as usual. She has her doubts though still surprised by being alone there. Which seems not to be the normal situation.
