To Hapsical: no, its not classy, I agree but its controversial and that's what Vivienne loves. Maybe Viv and Pam surprises us?!

One more thing some years ago I watched MTV's "Cribs" now and then. These outrageous houses without a soul like showrooms done by a interior designer. And so vulgar, bah! There has been only one house I really loved and that was Pamela's house. And you know why? It was a home. Not a house, a home decorated by herself.

Kpriss, though I've this weak spot for Pamela I think its about time she stops to play this part.....but then again, what else can she be? Ageing is the pitfall for bombshells.

I didn't knew Pamela was such a careless home-loving girl! Good for her! Now I'll look at her differently!

And I think she makes a great spokesperson for Dame Viv (I like her work and her vision too, one of the few truly original and artsy-fancy-fashion left). If it wasn't for Adriana, I'd still be thinking about Pam as the modern inflated doll with a past that qualifies her as famous and controversial. Somehow.

Maybe I should clarify what I mean by perverse Adriana.
I don't mean twisted and sick but rather she takes the everyday, hackneyed and ordinary and makes it different, stand out, left of centre. Like her suits for women, the heels that Naomi Campbell famously fell down in, and the wedding dress she designed and was worn by the character Carrie in the Sex in the City movie, to name a few examples of her work.
I love her work I think she is an artist!

I've a weak spot for Pamela Anderson. She has worked as the assistent of Dutch magician/illusionist Hans Klok in Vegas. Carmen Electra was too scared so Pamela took over. Hans can not stop to speak fondly of her. He told us what a sweet, loyal friend she is. At home just a caring, cozy housewife who loves to cook and clean and no make-up at all.

I've seen this photos before and I think she looks terrible here. Shocking terrible. But that's Pamela who doesn't care.....Hans told us she can't even do her own make-up so she doesn't care when she "off-work" to use anything. And she doesn't care either when they take her photos running errands like that.....she just don't care....

Ellington, I do not agree with your opinion about Vivienne Westwood. Vivienne is a lot but not perverse. Not in my view.

Pamela Anderson is very much a Westwood woman I think. I'm surprised its taken so long for the two to work together. They both share the same devil may care attitude and clash of contradictions. The idea of their collaboration sounds like its going to be THE ad campaign for 2009! Take a break Posh!

I think that Pamela Anderson, appeals to Vivienne Westwood's sense of the perverse and punk/rock and roll that still runs through her style and designs.
Its a collaboration that one would never expect and I think that it appeals to both Pamela and Vivienne for that reason.
I love Westwood's clothes and aesthetic. I have to see the final result of the 2009 Spring/Summer campaign. It should be interesting
