Theres no proof whatsoever its better. And I've really studied this. I do drink everyday a big glass of organic juice though and fresh pressed juices. Fruits and/or vegetables. When I do drink flavoured water I prefer lemon/lime flavoured, it quenches my thirst and it cleans my palate.
