This photo was taken from a respectable distance so Photoshop wouldn't be involved. Of course, if you take it literally, any picture could fall under the Photoshop category because every one of them is enhanced, even if it's just to fix the lights. Or more - every single picture from this site is run through Photoshop for graphic reasons, mixing images and more.
