Same here, I don’t think they should get the blame, it’s not totally their fault. If I am not wrong, Gucci tried sueing ebay for the same matter before, god knows how the lawsuit ended!

I can’t see how Ebay stays on top of all the fake versus authentic items and it’s interesting that they are being held liable instead of the sellers. I hope Ebay wins as well.
