I think Beyonce has got it down. She looks completely healthy. Many of them, like Simpson or Spears, have rapid weight fluctuations which will cause stretch marks and make it harder to lose weight in the future. Beyonce is consistent and I think she looks great.

ANYBODY ELSE NOTICED IT’S MOSTLY WOMEN SUFFERING THIS. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT MEN STILL HAVE FULL CONTROL OVER WOMEN AND CALL THE SHOTS! SINCE MALES ARE THE ONES AT THE FRONT OF FASHION DESIGN, HAIR, PHOTOGRAPHY,ETC THEY ARE ALSO MANAGING THESE WOMEN. U NAME IT, ITS A GUY BEHIND IT. WOMEN ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF FAT TO REPRODUCE. BUT THESE MEN WOULDNT UNDERSTAND THAT. MOST OF THEM ARE HOMOSEXUAL TOO.

I’ve only diet once -with instructions and guidance- because I did need a certain diet for my health.

There are so many people who does suffer because there’s no food for them that I find this “culture” almost vulgar. No, just vulgar……
